Terms of Service

Social Content OS is a private, single-user application built and operated by Audrey Belleau (the "Operator") to prepare, organize, and manage social media content for her own accounts: Audrey Belleau (editorial coaching) and Aude J Harlow (author pen name).

1. Scope

This application is not offered to the public and is not intended for use by any party other than the Operator. It is not a consumer product, and no accounts, sign-ups, or access are available to third parties.

2. Connected platforms

The application connects to third-party platforms — including Meta (Instagram Graph API) and TikTok (Content Posting API) — solely to allow the Operator to publish her own content to her own accounts on those platforms, under authorization she grants directly and in accordance with each platform's own terms of service.

3. AI-assisted content generation

The application uses the Anthropic Claude API to assist in drafting content suggestions (angles, captions, scripts). All AI-generated content is reviewed and explicitly approved by the Operator before it is saved or published; no content is published automatically.

4. Ownership and responsibility

The Operator retains full ownership of, and sole responsibility for, all content created, stored, or published through the application.

5. No warranty

The application is provided as-is, for the Operator's personal and internal use, without warranty of any kind.
